SHIPPING OPTIONS

Canada

All our shipments are via Canada Post. Free shipping is offered for orders within Canada over $350 CAD*. We also provide convenient shipping options like Standard, Xpresspost and Priority. The rates are based on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

*Select oversized and overweight items do not qualify for free shipping as noted on the product page. A flat rate shipping rate will be reflected at check-out. 

USA

All our shipments are via Canada Post. Free shipping is not currently offered to the United States but we offer convenient shipping options based on your destination and total product weight.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer a local delivery option if you live within the metro Vancouver area and the total cart value is more than $500 (excluding tax). Select 'Local Delivery' at checkout and we will deliver your order straight to your home, within 2-5 business days. Please include your phone number and buzzer in case we need to contact you. Additional charges  may apply if another delivery attempt is required. 

LOCAL PICKUP

We currently do not offer local pickup from our warehouse.

RETURNS

All orders are Final Sale unless damaged during shipping.

SALES TAX

Taxes are charged based on the shipping address. All domestic (Canadian) orders are charged provincial tax rates. Orders shipped to USA are not charged sales tax, but may be subject to customs charges and/or duties.
